Come learn from The Willoughbys’ RE Journey; How they successfully built a rewarding business through Assisted Living Niches.  Mandi and Graham Willoughby moved to RI in 2012 from California.  Their passion for Real Estate and desire to become business owners, and make a difference in people's lives, led them to the concept of home care in 2015.  Balancing work at Brown, and recognizing the potential, they converted a property in Warwick, in 2016, that supports a close-knit community of seniors receiving daily assistance in a warm, home-like setting.  Building on that success, they recently broke ground on a 16-bed memory care facility and plan to open more throughout the Northeast, offering seniors smaller, more personalized alternatives to traditional assisted living!
