James Westcott is an entrepreneur and management student at Roger Williams University focused on building technology that improves real estate and housing access. Before entering real estate tech, he built and operated large gaming platforms and advertising networks in the video game industry that reached millions of people through Minecraft servers and digital communities. He comes from a family involved in real estate ownership in New London, Connecticut and is also heavily involved in community development initiatives in Bristol, Rhode Island. Today, his work focuses on building platforms that connect professionals to mid term housing and modernize how real estate marketplaces operate. Jacob is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, financial services, real estate, and entrepreneurship. He is currently a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Business Broker with REAL Broker, a partner at Anthony Jacobs Financial, and a host of multiple real estate networking events. His expertise includes Commercial Real Estate, Business Brokering, building professional networks, and financial solutions—from financing projects to creating generational wealth.
Jeremie, on the other hand, is a 2nd generation commercial mortgage broker and business loan broker. After working a decade in the banking sector Jeremie started Benefit Mortgage Inc a full service commercial loan firm helping business owners and real estate investors obtain the financing for their properties. He brings a wealth of experience in the real world also as a property developer, contractor, fellow real estate investor, and entrepreneur.
