Alejandro bought his first property in 2002. He became a loan officer in 2004. He made a lot of mistakes, got scammed several times, and learned a lot along the way as an investor. In the last 8 years, he got really focused and disciplined, and intentional in his investments. As a loan officer, he's always been a straight shooter with the intent to truly empower the clients to make informed decisions.

Stacy purchased her first investment property and moved to RI in 2002. She started her Real Estate and Property Management company Peace of Mind in 2007 when she met Mario and they have been their own best clients since inception. Stacy has bought and sold, bought and held, flipped, done JV partnerships, syndication deals, 1031 exchanges, reverse construction exchanges. She started and completed all different types of transactions in her Self Directed Retirement account.
