Building a Rental Portfolio Through Seller Financing
Ryan Saeger is a full-time engineer in Newport, RI and has been an active real estate investor since 2018. Ryan will give an overview of how he went from his first house-hack in Providence to building a 16-unit rental portfolio through seller financing across the state. Along the way he has also done over 50 wholesale deals, 5 flips (one of which went terribly), and invested heavily in different marketing strategies to generate quality off-market leads. These topics will also be discussed.
